Manage my account

1. Open a session and go to "Your summary " to view a quick summary of your account's activities.

2. Click on "My settings."

3. Click on "Profile " inside the "Settings " section to view or change your profile photo, and to view or change your information.

4. Click on "Security " to change your password.

5. Click on "Subscription " to view or change your subscription.

6. Click on "Payment method " to view or update your payment method.

7. Click on "Features " to view and download a copy of your invoices.

Privacy and security

1. Your personal information:

a) Your personal information privacy (name, surname, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number and other confidential data) is automatically preserved; your personal information will not be sent or sold to third parties without your authorization. However, it is your responsibility to take all needed precautionary and safety measures to protect your username and your password.

b) Your e-mail address can be used to keep you updated, particularly on product launches and promotions.

2. Your goals collection:

a) The main personal goals collection that your will create will be protected by our system, your username and password.

b) The subsets of goals saved as the student name will be protected in two ways:

1) By registering only the student's name (and a number if there are two students with the same name), he/she will remain anonymous.

2) BanqO.net respects the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of 1998, as well as the guidelines of the Children's Advertising Review Unit (CARU) of the Council of Better Business Bureau, Inc. on all its websites aimed for children.

c) The goals collection that you will have created will not be used by or send to third parties. It will be destroyed once that user’s subscription will be finished.
